Pedí auxilio a la gerente y a la subgerente, ya que el cajero de ventanilla que me atendió, me robó dinero de un depósito que iba a realizar, creí que sería bien atendida por estas personas, pero no fue así. Se mostraron suspicaces conmigo y defendieron el hurto del cajero.
 Unfortunately, customer service is poor. I asked the manager and the assistant manager for help, since the teller who attended me stole money from a deposit I was going to make, I thought it would be well attended by these people, but it was not. They were suspicious of me and defended the theft of the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, aún sin gente tardan demasiado (más de una hora) para recoger una tarjeta, no tienen control de la fila en el exterior, el personal platicando en lugar de atender, de las peores sucursales Banamex.
The service is terrible, even without people they take too long (more than an hour) to pick up a card, they have no control of the queue outside, the staff talking instead of attending, from the worst Banamex branches.
