★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos no sirven. Además de la terrible interface gráfica después de batallar para hacer un pago al final falla y cancela la operación. Para llegar a cajas hay que hacer más de una hora de fila.
ATMs don't work. In addition to the terrible graphical interface after struggling to make a payment in the end it fails and cancels the operation. To get to the boxes you have to queue for more than an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficientes, buen servicio por parte del personal. Tienen muchos cajeros automáticos para hacer depósitos en efectivo. Si bien las redes fallan, eso ocurre en todas partes.
Very efficient, good service from the staff. They have many ATMs for making cash deposits. While networks fail, that happens everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Si te dijeran desde que llegas que si vas sin cita a con ejecutivo te tardan hasta 3 horas aunque no haya casi gente, créeme que te ahorrarias un mal rato. Si vas con cita tranquilo, solo tardan 1 hr. Lento, y a parte grosero. Si tienes el tiempo, llévate un libro.
Terrible customer service. If they told you from the moment you arrive that if you go without an appointment to an executive it takes up to 3 hours even if there are hardly any people, believe me you would save yourself a hard time. If you go with an appointment, it only takes 1 hour. Slow, and rude part. If you have the time, take a book.
