Ni siquiera me permitieron entrar a poner una queja escrita. Desde la puerta el subgerente, con indiferencia, me indicó acudir cualquier día, a las 09:00am a sacar una cita para que me atienda un ejecutivo (¿¡!?), siendo que en audiomático no me dieron dicha indicación de "sacar cita". Además, mi trabajo no me lo permite. Pondré una queja vía telefónica, pues considero injusto el trato que recibí siendo cliente de Banamex.
