★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca eficiencia y falta de personal, en atender a toda las personas que se forman, literal estas formado desde antes de las 9:00 am como hospital (8:00-8:30 a.m). para que seas atendido por un Ejecutivo hasta las 13:00 hrs. En estos tiempos de COVID-19 es necesario agilizar algunos temas o abrir otra sucursal para evitar tanta aglomeración y propagación del virus, así como dar preferencia a las personas de la 3edad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que esta sucursal atiende con un sistema de fichas que reparten a las 8.30 AM. Cómo si fuera IMSS te tienen formado y al final no te pueden atender porque servicio al cliente se va antes, cuando el asesor por teléfono me comentó que me podían atender en cualquier sucursal siempre y cuando estubiera en horario abierto.
Lamentable la actitud de la chica a la hora de atender a las personas.
Solo tenía que ir a reponer una nueva tarjeta y ahora tengo que hacer fila a las 8.30 par a ver en qué horario me va a tocar que me atiendan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento e ineficiente, si vienes temprano espérate una hora y media promedio y si llegas más tarde, te dirán regresa como dos horas después con su ficha y espera una hora promedio. No hay indicadores de fila y hasta ellos se confunden. No vengas en quincena está imposible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy solo dos cajeros y una practicaja servian. Si es un banco que atiende gran cantidad de comunidades deberían poner atención en qué funcionen adecuadamente, te mandan a formar a ellos y después te regresan a la fila porque hay problemas en los que "están funcionando"
