★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado viernes 11 de febrero acudí a la sucursal para retirar dinero en ventanilla ya que mi tarjeta estaba vencida y esta en proceso de envió. Me atendieron a las 14:35 hrs y llevaba una espera de 30min, el asesor de la ventanilla n.3 que estaba en turno no me permitió retirar efectivo aunque llevaba mi tarjeta y mi INE, me indico que requería el contrato, pero cuando solicite la reposición de mi tarjeta me indicaron que mientras me la enviaban podía disponer de efectivo en ventanilla en cualquier sucursal llevando mi tarjeta y mi INE. Pero el asesor aunque le explique la situación se negó a prestarme el servicio siendo que tengo mi cuenta con la institución financiera.
Al final me retire de la sucursal molesto y sin efectivo para poder cubrir mis gastos.
No es posible que siendo tarjetahabiente te nieguen el servicio y tampoco te busquen una alternativa para ayudarte.
Eso te pone a pensar si seguirá valiendo la pena tener tu dinero en esa institución financiera.
Last Friday, February 11, I went to the branch to withdraw money at the window since my card had expired and is in the process of being sent. They attended me at 2:35 p.m. and I had a 30-minute wait, the advisor at window 3 who was on duty did not allow me to withdraw cash even though I had my card and my INE, he told me that I needed the contract, but when I requested replacement of my card they told me that while they sent it to me I could have cash at the window in any branch taking my card and my INE. But the advisor, even if I explained the situation, refused to provide me with the service since I have my account with the financial institution.
In the end I left the branch upset and without cash to cover my expenses.
It is not possible that as a cardholder they deny you the service and neither do they look for an alternative to help you.
That makes you wonder if it will still be worth having your money in that financial institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta hace unas semanas estaban cerrados los cajeros. Hoy 4 de marzo ya están abiertos; nuevos, más rápidos y con una pantalla enorme que te hace sentir un poco expuesta porque se ve claramente los movimientos que haces y cuanto dinero sacas.

Se retrasa además por qué dan preferencia a pasar a otras personas. (Adultos mayores se entiende, pero según lo que vas a hacer o tramitar te dejarán pasar antes, o si se ve que ya son personas conocidas que aparentemente acuden frecuentemente a la sucursal, los dejan brincarse la fila. Entonces la fila se sigue haciendo larga. Es un banco grande, incluso ya remodelado pero con mala organización.

Muy malo, a la entrada hay como 4 personas que no te dan bien informes, y te hacen formar entre las filas, dónde al llegar ya para entrar te rechazan y te mandan a otra fila o te sugieren uses los cajeros inteligentes. Está es una sucursal que le llaman digital, dónde nunca tienes acceso al gerente o a un superior para que te resuelvan, pues se encuentra en un tipo madriguera de lujo, los tiempos de espera son muuuuy largos, y cuando les preguntas que sucede? Son groseros. Hay tres personas rescatables Aarón Garrido (Mucha paciencia, buena explicación) Oscar Victorino (explica bien, es muy práctico) y srita Diana, la he visto tenerle mucha paciencia a los adultos mayores. Si requieres atención personalizada, pide te atiendan sólo ellos. Del resto cuídate. Hasta la policía mujer es más amable que los empleados. Eso sí dando las 4pm entonces ya todos se apuran y te presionan para que salgas de la sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible bank with incompetent personnel. Half of which walk around doing absolutely nothing! While you wait hours to get some service. Then they keep demanding more paperwork so you come back the next day to wait again 2 hours only to see their personnel walk around doing nothing useful. And again they demand more paperwork. And all that while I am carrying a bag of money I want to deposite in a new account. Guess Ill take my money somewhere else....
