★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según esta sucursal esta abierta, ya fui 3 veces y en 2 está cerrada en 1 me dijeron que no había sistema, no hay información precisas de cual sucursal esta abierta pues el tramite debe ser en sucursal. Sábado está cerrado
According to this branch it is open, I already went 3 times and in 2 it is closed in 1 they told me that there was no system, there is no precise information on which branch is open since the process must be in a branch. Saturday is closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la única sucursal abierta lo sábados, por lo tanto está atascada de gente. No se respetan los turnos, y cuando finalmente es tu turno el servicio que ocupas es de lunes a viernes. Los procesos en Banamex son poco prácticos, y dejan mucho que desear. Banamex no es un banco que por elección propia elegiría para administrar mi dinero.
It is the only branch open on Saturdays, therefore it is jammed with people. The shifts are not respected, and when it is finally your turn the service you occupy is from Monday to Friday. The processes at Banamex are impractical, and leave much to be desired. Banamex is not a bank that by my own choice I would choose to manage my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PEOR QUE PENITIENCIA LA EXPERIENCIA PARA ENTRAR AL BANCO.
El primer tramite que hice fue del problemas con Afore tres días seguidos a las 9AM(no alcance ficha), 7:30AM (fui el penúltimo y solo me salto una hora pero como ya iban a cerrar ya iba dar tiempo) y 7:00AM a las 9AM entregan las fichas me atendieron a las 10:15AM y salí a las 3:30PM (esperando confirmación) no recomido la AFORE.
El segundo tramitar una tarjeta de crédito en linea y Me aparecia una leyenda "Vaya a una sucursal con tal documentos" Al final no cumplía con el perfil (PORQUE NO PUEDE DECIR ESO EN LA PAGINA WEB)
CONCLUSION PESIMO BANCO DE MI CIUDAD TANTO LA PAGINA WEB PARA EL PUBLICO EN GENERAL
WORSE THAN PENITIENCE THE EXPERIENCE TO ENTER THE BANK.
The first procedure I did was about the problems with Afore three days in a row at 9AM (I did not reach the record), 7:30 AM (I was the penultimate and I only skipped an hour but since they were already closing, it was going to take time) and 7:00 AM At 9AM they delivered the tokens, they attended to me at 10:15 AM and I left at 3:30 PM (waiting for confirmation). I do not recommend the AFORE.
The second I processed a credit card online and I got a legend "Go to a branch with such documents" At the end I did not meet the profile (BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SAY THAT ON THE WEB PAGE)
CONCLUSION PESIMO BANCO DE MI CIUDAD BOTH THE WEB PAGE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC
