Nunca están actualizados en las nuevas políticas que implementa el banco. Lo mejor es recurrir a otra sucursal.
They are very bad at giving attention, regardless of the people it always seems that the cashier and customer service staff are in a hurry, so much so that their treatment becomes rude. They are never up to date on the new policies that the bank implements. It is best to go to another branch.
