★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dan tu ficha desde las 9:30 de la mañana para que regreses en la tarde en el horario que te dieron pero es fatal porque hay aglomeración de gente y no sirve de nada que te asignen un horario porque no lo respetan y si esto lo hicieron para que no se junten las personas pues tienen una pésima organización. Si tiene oportunidad acudan a otra sucursal es una perdida de tiempo ahi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho, porque atienden dependiendo el tipo de cliente que seas, puedes estar formado desde temprano y no importará mucho, para abrir una cuenta como no eres cliente no eres prioridad, tarde dos horas en ser atendida y cuando pedí explicación me dijeron que era por el sistema, entonces es una pésima organización y es preferencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima. Ningún cajero sirve, la atención a clientes requiere de una a una y media hora de espera, sin contar el tiempo que te lleve el tramite...el personal no orienta a las personas (ni a las de la tercera edad) que acuden a hacer algún trámite.
