★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mí vida había visto un servicio tan inútil cómo el de este banco, la señorita es un completo estorbo, te piden sacar turno y no respetan el turno asignado, son una bola de inútiles, con este personal, ya comprendo porque Banamex se fué a la quiebra, ojalá pronto despidan a la señorita que atiende en el area ejecutiva. No sirve para nada.
In my life I had seen a service as useless as that of this bank, the lady is a complete nuisance, they ask you to take a shift and they do not respect the assigned shift, they are a bunch of useless people, with this staff, I already understand why Banamex went to the bankruptcy, hopefully soon the lady who attends the executive area will be fired. It's no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! The atm machine got blocked and never gave me my money (which got taken from my bank account). It was impossible to reach them by phone so I came back to the bank at opening the next day! They couldn’t help at all, couldn’t see the camera, made me come back to the bank two more times that day, waiting for hours, just for them to say they can’t do anything..
Make sure to use the atm when the bank is open at least (and don’t use the last machine)
