★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui una víctima más de la delincuencia, el dia 08 de febrero del 2022 a las 18:46,me disponía a pagar mi tarjeta de crédito en la caja inteligente 9061, introduje la cantidad de 3,000.00 pesos, para el pago de la misma, la operación no se pudo concretar debido a problemas técnicos no se pudo concretar la operacion, es la leyenda que apareció en mi ticket, a la hora de que se me realiza la devolución de mi dinero me llevo la sorpresa por que solo me devuelve $ 1,000.00 pesos, inmediatamente me comunico a la línea Banamex para reportar la anomalía se levanta un folio y su dictamen después de 20 días es que no se reportan excedentes y eso que significa? Que mi dinero por arte de magia desapareció creen eso posible? Esto para mí es un ROBO y alguien debería de estar preso, como puede ser esto posible teniendo cámaras por todos lados

El personal tiene todo lo que debe de poseer toda sucursal, buena presentación de l@s ejecutivos y cajeros, realmente saben lo que hacen y de lo que hablan, los felicito mucho y recomiendo este lugar ampliamente.
