Incredible that they cannot change or minimize cleaning or adjusting the right ATM screen, an odyssey to operate it, and it takes months.

2 cajas para 40 personas, y una caja dandole prioridad a los “clientes premier” mientras otros 3 empleados haciendo nada solo viendo la gente esperar y esperar. Y siempre es lo mismo. Pesimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser la sucursal más al oriente de la ciudad y ser además pequeña, presenta varios inconvenientes. Muchas veces los cajeros electrónicos dejan de funcionar, solo hay una persona en atención al cliente, hay muy pocas cajas abiertas. Y todo esto desde antes de la pandemia; así que el tiempo que se tarda uno en esa sucursal es muchísimo.
Being the easternmost branch of the city and also being small, it has several drawbacks. Many times the ATMs stop working, there is only one person in customer service, there are very few open boxes. And all this since before the pandemic; so the time it takes to get to that branch is a lot.
