★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por estar puliendo el piso, tienen cerrado el Banco y sin ningún aviso de no haber servicio, todo el personal sentado y nadie que diga *No hay servicio* te dejan parado afuera esperando. De verdad que pésimo servicio y falta de respeto al usuario.
 Because they are polishing the floor, they have closed the Bank and without any notice of no service, all the staff sitting down and no one saying * No service * they leave you standing outside waiting. Really terrible service and lack of respect for the user.

I requested my card replacement from that branch and they closed it due to COVID without any notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor que pésimo su servicio y más aún su tiempo de espera, 48 minutos para cambiar un cheque porque primero dan atención a sus tarjetahabientes y al final todavía preguntan si ya tienes cuenta ahí ... para nada me dan ganas de pasar mi dinero ahí con tanta discriminación para dar su "exclusivisima" atención.
Worse than lousy their service and even more so their waiting time, 48 minutes to cash a check because first they pay attention to their cardholders and in the end they still ask if you already have an account there ... it doesn't make me want to spend my money there with so much discrimination to give their "exclusive" attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales de BANAMEX, tuve el turno 3 para pasar con un ejecutivo, paso más de una y no pude ser atendida. Una de las "ejecutivas atendiendo" y platicando que sí la forma de las uñas, que sí los brillitos de sus sellos. Son ineficientes las "ejecutivas". No respetan los turnos, es un asco de sucursal.
Of the worst branches of BANAMEX, I had shift 3 to go with an executive, more than one went by and I could not be attended. One of the "executives attending" and talking that yes the shape of the nails, that yes the sparkles of their stamps. The "executives" are inefficient. They don't respect shifts, it's a disgusting branch.
