★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fila para pasar con ejecutivo de caja es muy larga. No tienen buena organización y el chico que nos dejaba entrar me mandó con 3 personas diferentes para resolver mi problema.
Al final en servicio a cliente me lo resolvieron en 5 minutos, pero tarde 50 esperando.
Si estás pensando en abrir una cuenta con ellos revisa otras opciones, la aplicación de Citibanamex no te permite retirar sin tarjeta y debes activar las notificaciones de tus movimientos porque no te llegan.
The line to go to the cashier executive is very long. They don't have a good organization and the guy who let us in sent me with 3 different people to solve my problem.
In the end in customer service they solved it for me in 5 minutes, but it took 50 waiting.
If you are thinking of opening an account with them, check other options, the Citibanamex application does not allow you to withdraw without a card and you must activate notifications of your movements because they do not reach you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta basura de banco porque te hacen cobros cuando te falsifican tu tarjeta ellos mismos y se burlan de ti reconociendo que la tienda donde hicistes las compras que no te las cobrarán y meses después te cobran pero con intereses y la cuenta se triplica yo de 15,000 de una de Costco me están cobrando 45,000 pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la sucursal para un bloqueo que tuve con mi tarjeta, revisaron la cuenta y me pidieron documentos (INE y comprobante de domicilio) pero tenían que ser forzosamente impresos por lo que ese día no pude llevar a cabo mi trámite. Unos días después fui a otra sucursal diferente a llevar los documentos impresos y me dijeron que no eran necesarios ya que el domicilio es el mismo que el INE., adicional que ellos mismos sacaron las fotocopias necesarias.
Da la impresión que por la hora ya no quisieron atender y solo pidieron documentos para salir del cliente en el momento. No ayudaron en nada.
I went to the branch for a blockade that I had with my card, they checked the account and asked me for documents (INE and proof of address) but they had to be printed so that day I could not carry out my procedure. A few days later I went to a different branch to take the printed documents and they told me that they were not necessary since the address is the same as the INE, additionally that they took the necessary photocopies themselves.
It gives the impression that by the time they no longer wanted to attend and only requested documents to leave the client at the time. They did not help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los banqueros, sobretodo el banquero 2 quien es déspota, poco atento, nada amable y sin actitud de servicio. La sucursal sería buena si eligieran correctamente a su personal.
Terrible service from the bankers, especially banker 2 who is despotic, inattentive, not friendly at all and without a service attitude. The branch would be good if they chose their staff correctly.
