★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por parte de las personas que trabajan ahí es excelente, son amables respetuosos y sobretodo pacientes. No sé si sea mi suerte pero, las veces que los he visitado, hay poca gente atendiendo en ventanilla, aunque no siempre está lleno, así que si llevas prisa es mejor que vayas con mucho tiempo de anticipación.
 The service by the people who work there is excellent, they are friendly, respectful and above all patient. I do not know if it is my luck but, the times I have visited them, there are few people attending at the window, although it is not always full, so if you are in a hurry it is better to go a long time in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus cajeros últimamente no sirven o no cuentan con efectivo, duran días sin servicio. En ventanilla generalmente siempre hay mucha gente y tardan bastante.
Their ATMs lately are not working or have no cash, they last days without service. There are usually always a lot of people at the window and they take a long time.

The service is very slow and the ATMs are not useful, if you make a deposit in an automatic box they do not deliver change, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer si se va el sistema (que no es culpa de los empleados de la sucursal) también se cae la atención personal a los clientes (que sí es culpa de los empleados).
Apparently, if the system goes down (which is not the fault of the branch employees), personal attention to customers also goes down (which is the fault of the employees).
