malhumoradas. No se respetan los turnos y hoy 30 de septiembre 2020 tubimos los usuarios problemas con el guardia de seguridad.este guardia es de lo más prepotente grosero y altanero , si ha esto le agregamos la lentitud de los cajeros se produce mucho estrés y tención.
Ese guardia no tiene vocación , los ejecutivos deberían tomas cartas en el asunto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella, lleva mi abuelita queriendo aperturar cuenta y no le resuelven solo porque las cuentas de débito no les genera en el corto plazo al banco por eso los ejecutivos rechazan este tipo de cuentas. Se le pidió al gerente que saliera hablar y solo tomo la llamada y comento de nuevo lo que dijo la ejecutiva que no se podía que solo se podía una cuenta con costo, como se puede aperturar entonces una cuenta si las huellas de mi abuelita están ilegibles entonces toda persona que tenga este problema no podrá aperturar cuenta ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del joven que estuvo hoy en la puerta, no respeta los lugares y deja pasar a personas que llegaron después de uno, chequén camaras, se llega la hora del cierre y te dice que ya no alcanzaste, de igual manera por teléfono no resuelven nada, no recomiendo tener sus nóminas ni su dinero en este banco. Deberían capacitar a sus empleados en atención al cliente. Le pregunto como me pueden resolver y no dan soluciones
