Terrible service, the ladies who are in the entrance only attend to their acquaintances without turn, jumping to the people who have been waiting a long time. Your cashiers do not work and the customer service lady super slow and zero efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchos de los trámites no se pueden hacer en sucursal y a un así hay mucha gente en la fila. Sin ninguna protección para el Sol de estos días. El servicio telefónico es pésimo ya que no s leyese resolver todo tan fácil, desesperante el call center
Many of the procedures cannot be done at the branch and yet there are many people in line. Without any protection for the Sun these days. The telephone service is terrible since I don't know how to solve everything so easily, the call center is exasperating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por personas incapaz al parecer tiene que tener amistad con ellos ya que de nada sirven los turnos que para empezar el aparato que los extiende no sirve y caemos en manos de empleados
Apparently incapable people have to be friends with them since the shifts are of no use because the device that extends them is useless to begin with and we fall into the hands of employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relatively short wait time, but the tellers don't speak loud enough to be heard clearly, nor do they help much with problems. There are two ATMs outside, in one small room that can only accommodate one client at a time.
The location and ease of access earned one of the three stars.
