★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tuve que formar una hora para intentar sacar una tarjeta para mí nómina y un asesor de ahí salió a preguntarnos que trámite íbamos a hacer y yo le dije que solamente quería sacar una tarjeta y me dijo que estaba bien que si había lugar y ya llegando arriba a la sucursal ya para sacar el turno me dice que una disculpa que ya se le acabaron los lugares para sacar tarjeta que tiene que ser mañana temprano otra vez a ver si alcanzo.
Que molesto que te hagan perder tiempo y por teléfono tampoco te pueden resolver otras cuestiones con tus tarjetas todo lo tienes que resolver en la sucursal para que al final te hagan perder tiempo ? y no hagan nada para ayudarte solo que des otra vuelta otro día a ver si alcanzas lugar. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tiempo tenía cuentas ahi pero increible el sistema arcaico de atención al cliente, simplemente para recoger una tarjeta puedes tardar hasta 4hrs y media y no se diga en atención al cliente son días, no sé si falte capacitacion a los ejecutivos o poco personal pero estan totalmente rebasados ya que tardan mucho y no se diga que hace tiempo daban un papel al atenderte para calificarlos y pues creo que los mismos ejecutivos los llenaban a favor xq no cambio en nada siempre es lo mismo con citibanamex.
