The employees are inept, brainless. They take hours to attend and are super rude. If you can go to another branch do it.

No importa cuantas horas tardes haciendo fila ellos pasan a quien tenga más preferencia , ayer y hoy tuve 3 horas haciendo fila y justo cuando iba a hacer mi turno , no hay sistema, solo iba por una reposición de mi tarjeta y no me han podido solucionar nada .
It really is lousy customer service. It doesn't matter how many hours you wait in line, they go to whoever has more preference, yesterday and today I had 3 hours in line and just when I was going to do my shift, there is no system, I was just going for a replacement of my card and they have not been able to solve me any .
