★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres cuentahabiente de Citibanamex te atienden bien, pero si no, atienden primero a todos los cuentahabientes y sólo entonces a los demás. Esta actitud sólo la he precensiado en esta sucursal, en Santa Anita. En todas las demás sucursales que he visitado la atención es muy cortés.
