★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima organizacion, las chicas de servicio al cliente jamas resuelven nada, en verdad parece que solo van a pasar el tiempo, y lo digo porque de las 5 veces que he pasado a atencion al cliente ni a mi ni a los de la fila les solucionaron, solo saben decir "llame a audiomatico"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En extremo tardado incompetentes, asesores prefieren juntarse en los cubículos a platicar en vez de ponerse a atender no es posible que para un trámite de activación de banca móvil tengamos que esperar más de 2 horas y media para ser atendidos pero como lo veo es regla general de citiBanamex ser lentos e incompetentes y al final pase por más de 3 asesores por qué no podían activar la banca pésimo el servicio
