★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion fua buena solo q cuando me actualizaron mi aplicacion de citibanamex me comentaron q podia imprimir estados de cuenta y no es cierto tiene uno q hacerlo p bancanet y la verdad las aplicacines no son tan buenas tuve q regresar al banco al otro dia desde nicolas romero p q la sucursal de el town center lleva un año cerrada
The attention was good only that when they updated my application of citibanamex they told me that I could print account statements and it is not true that one has to do it for bancanet and the truth is that the applications are not so good I had to return to the bank the next day from Nicolas romero because the town center branch has been closed for a year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal ya empieza haber mala atención , ahora segun argumentan que no hay depósitos en ventanilla y solo en cajero, y aunque uno quiere depositarlo a fuerzas lo mandan al cajero lo cual ese cajero también no funciona adecuadamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente, la persona que me atendio en ventanilla, fue muy grosero, déspota, prepotente y contando con todo el respaldado de la gerente, que además de todo se vale de mentiras y por lo visto es experta en el arte del sinismo. Que lástima que gente así represente a una gran institución como lo es Banamex.

Abren tarde, los empleados no quieren trabajar porque dicen que es una sucursal digital, así que el cajero no hace nada, te manda a la caja digital y los gerentes si tienes algún problema te piden llamar a la linea banamex! Mejor quitenlo como banco y dejen las practicajas, queda igual y no vas a perder tiempo
