Terrible service, the staff allowing access leaves a lot to be desired. The conditions of the branch are good but both staff and management leave much to be desired. Long lines to enter.

Very slow, they give preference to certain customers even though you have been there for more than 1 hour. Either you arrive early or you lose the whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente nada recomendable ir en horario concurrido porque son esperas eternas. En general el personal es amable y servicial, pero los procedimientos del banco son bastante malos. Las ejecutivas tratan de darte solución, pero los procedimientos son tan complejos e ineficientes que muchas veces terminas sólo haciendo corajes y perdiendo el tiempo, sin embargo, en comparación a otros bancos me parece que no son tan malos. En particular esta sucursal prácticamente siempre me han resuelto mis problemas, por lo que diría que es buena opción si necesitas ayuda, aparte de que hay mucho lugar para estacionarte cerca y la sucursal es amplia.
Definitely not recommended to go during busy hours because they are endless waits. Generally the staff are friendly and helpful, but the bank's procedures are pretty bad. The executives try to give you a solution, but the procedures are so complex and inefficient that many times you end up just getting angry and wasting your time, however, compared to other banks it seems to me that they are not so bad. In particular, this branch has practically always solved my problems, so I would say that it is a good option if you need help, apart from the fact that there is a lot of parking nearby and the branch is spacious.
