I can comment that it is a small branch. Slightly understaffed, of all the banks I have visited I am not pleased to have to visit this bank. If you can go to another citibanamex, do it.

The institution leaves much to be desired, but the service of the executives (Sandra Gómez) and manager (Beatriz Velazco) of this branch is empathetic and above all human; I was very satisfied and I highly recommend this branch.
