I do not know in another branch, but in this one in customer service it takes hours, who goes there with a lot of free time, a day that has nothing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima idea cerrar esta sucursal durante la pandemia,con mayor razón deberian tener abiertas todas las sucursales para evitar las largas filas en las pocas sucursales abiertas,se supone que quieren cuidar la salud de los clientes y nos tienen horas en el sol y horas en el frío.

It is always closed and they do not have the courtesy to inform as well as which branch they attend. Dirty ATMs. They already seem FAMSA at least there they were very courteous
