Hace falta bastante personal en el área de cajas para agilizar el servicio, por lo general solo están 2 personas atendiendo.
Los días más concurridos son los lunes y los viernes en dónde puedes pasar hasta 3 horas esperando tu turno.
El tiempo para realizar trámites como aperturas de cuentas también es prolongado.
La sucursal no está en servicio los sábados.
They have installed new ATMs.
It takes a lot of staff in the checkout area to speed up the service, usually there are only 2 people attending.
The busiest days are Mondays and Fridays where you can spend up to 3 hours waiting for your turn.
The time to carry out procedures such as account openings is also long.
The branch is not in service on Saturdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... Y la gerente no hace nada por agilizar el servicio, solo se la pasa dando vueltas!!! Y el afore no se diga 3 o 4horas para que te atiendan y de malas!!
Terrible service ... And the manager does nothing to speed up the service, she just goes around and around !!! And the aforementioned does not say 3 or 4 hours to be attended to and bad!

They need a refurbishment of the net and the heavy cashiers would see BBVA see that they are ahead of time to see if they hit something good .....
