F	Francisco Javier Escobar Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente practicamente nula, es ridiculo, no se si solo a mi me lo parece, pero es ridiculo tener una sola persona dando atención al cliente en este banco que causa tantos problemas en las cuentas, tarjetas, atención telefonica y en linea, es practicamente imposible ser atendido, si cada persona lleva al menos 30 min de atención y con 5 personas adelante ya perdiste la tarde o la hora de comer, no importa si eres banamex uno, no importa si eres cliente frecuente... no eres atendido y no es por falta de personal, hay personas detras de las cajas, caminando, viendo la aglomeración y no hacen "nada", solo platican entre ellos, no atienden, por favor, de nosotros sacan su sueldo, atiendan a los clientes, pongan mas personas a trabajar. Señor gerente, haga su trabajo. Ponga mas gente a trabajar o retirese y que venga otro mas proactivo.
