★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio acudi por mi tarjeta cuando ya habia hecho todo el tramite en linea pregunte en puerta para sacar ticket me tuvieron formada 30 minutos para que al final saliera otro empleado a decir que ya no iban atender porque ya eran las 3. Pesimos servicio te tienen formada sin importar condición y discapacidad para al final no atenderte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio del chico de la entrada ademas el gerente, no le gusta dar la cara y para mala suerte nunca llaman para hacerte una encuesta de servicio, no portan gafete y no se quieren identificar que miedo que no tienes ni odea con quien estas tratando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero levantar mi queja con el empleado Joel Córdoba ya que no me permitio el acceso a la sucursal porque eran 3:50 y que para trámites con el ejecutivo solo se hacen hasta las 3 de la tarde porque pues no le gusta salir tarde y que el solo trabaja en su horario normal. BANAMEX deberías marcar horarios para cada uno de tus trámites y así no afectarnos a nosotros como asuarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribles. Los empleados no están capacitados para lidiar con clientes impacientes. Empeoran las cosas con sus malos modos. No se espera más de Banamex pero si deben tener cuidado. Siempre que voy escucho muchas quejas en la fila. La primera vez yo también les reclamé ya que no organizan la fila de cajero, practi caja y no dejan depositar menos de 10mil en ventanilla aunque sus cajeros no tengan nada que hacer. Mientras que la fila de cajeros está a reventar. Muy mal
