Somos presa de un sistema que usa nuestros recursos para enriquecerse como en ninguna otra industria y no tienen ni la decencia para dar a sus clientes un trato digno. Mal por Banamex y mal por la banca en general.
Zero dedication in the service. The current bank model only responds to the greed of its owners. We are prey to a system that uses our resources to enrich itself as in any other industry and they do not have the decency to give their customers a dignified treatment. Bad for Banamex and bad for banking in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos tiene 3 cajeros nuevos para depositos/pagos de tarjeta/servicios, son amables, mas rápidos que plaza cristal, y siempre aceptan el pago de TDC de otros bancos y no dicen nada (segun por regulacion todos bancos que acepten pago de tdc propias, deben recibir de otros) ej compartamos no deja, pero si bancoppel, afirme, banbajio por dar ejemplos.
At least it has 3 new ATMs for deposits / card payments / services, they are friendly, faster than Plaza Cristal, and they always accept the payment of TDC from other banks and say nothing (according to regulation all banks that accept payment of their own Tdc , they should receive from others) ie let us share does not leave, but if bancoppel, affirm, banbajio for giving examples.

Por favor preparen a su personal o de lo contrario no llegarà nadie. Muy mala atenciòn. Lamento mucho, es la primera y ultima vez que asisto a esa sucursal.
