★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con buena ubicación y con instalaciones competentes, me gusta porque el banco es muy organizado, tarda uno muy poco en pasar a ventanilla, dado que la mayoría sino es que todas, estan habilitadas, no como en otros bancos en los que las filas a pesar de ser poca tardas más de 30 min. Inclusive una hora. Cuenta con tres ATM.
It has a good location and competent facilities, I like it because the bank is very organized, it takes a very short time to go to the window, since most of them are all enabled, not like in other banks where the lines despite being short, it takes more than 30 min. Even one hour. It has three ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerraron sin previo aviso desde hace dos meses. No hay dinero en los cajeros. Para retirar hay que mendigar en Soriana o en Oxxo y luego no te quieren dar ni 2000 pesos, aparte de que cobran comisión.
They closed without notice for two months. There is no money in the ATMs. To withdraw you have to beg in Soriana or Oxxo and then they don't want to give you even 2000 pesos, apart from the fact that they charge a commission.
