The place is wide and it is more like for the fifi people, even so the customer service is very slow. ATMs and practices work well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se saltan los turnos en ventanillas y el tiempo de espera para cualquier operación es muy tardado, sugiero solo usen los cajeros automáticos, pero también suele estar descompuesto el único accesible xD
They skip the shifts at the windows and the waiting time for any operation is very long, I suggest only use the ATMs, but the only accessible one is also usually broken xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los ejecutivos, no respetan los turnos , tardaron dos horas en atenderme, y tuve que pagar dos horas de estacionamiento.
La gente se desespera y a la hora de estar haciendo fila mejor se van porque los ejecutivos se andan paseando en sucursal como edecanes o pidiendo su desayuno. Los encargados del estacionamiento dicen que la ente siempre se queja de lo tardado que es y luego tienen que estar pagando doble estacionamiento.
Terrible attention from the executives, they don't respect shifts, they took two hours to attend to me, and I had to pay for two hours of parking.
People get desperate and when it comes to queuing, they better leave because executives walk around the branch as hostesses or ordering their breakfast. The parking attendants say that the entity always complains about how late it is and then they have to pay for double parking.

Deberían permitir hacer más trámites en línea y no obligarnos a ir para cosas que otros bancos te dejan hacer en linea

They should allow us to do more paperwork online and not force us to go for things that other banks let you do online
