Supuestamente hice un retiro de 100,000 y solo desaparecieron el dinero de mi cuenta y ahora solo argumentan que el empleado que asesoro el retiro ya no trabaja ahi. Desde ahora este es mi ultima opcion a usar este banco. No encuentro la informacion del gerente, ni estan dispuestos a investigar la transaccion. Muy mal que esto pase y quede impune. Si el administrador del banco ve este comentario ojala se comunique conmigo y solucione este gran problema. O si alguien puede proporcionarme la informacion de esta persona encargada,se lo voy a agradecer. Gracias
This branch is stealing money in large amounts. Supposedly I made a withdrawal of 100,000 and only the money disappeared from my account and now they only argue that the employee who advised the withdrawal no longer works there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este Banco Banamex de Tehuantepec, el gerente es una persona que descrimina ya que estuve ahí hice fila y después de haber entrado el me solicitó mi tarjeta y me dio un número de tiquet diferente a los otros y pasaron como siete cuantahabientes que venían atrás de mi y yo ahí en espera hasta que le reclamé y me dijo ser el Gerente y que primero son sus clientes continuos y bueno yo también soy de Banamex desde hace más de 30 años y bueno así también estaba otra persona igual que yo y si no le reclamo ahí creo que amaneceria y bueno creo que me cambiaré de Banco Banamex y espero que cambie de actitud todos somos Banamex y el es nuestro trabajador y ustedes chequen señores
