★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio si fuera posible no darle estrella eso realmente haría llevo 1 hora esperando y solo me brincan las personas al parecer todos son urgentes menos yo el gerente solo atendie a señoritas de buen cuerpo y buen ver, solo ahí una ejecutivo y deja su lugar de trabajo para ir por su jugo y su lonche que pesimo servicio les recomiendo no venir a esta sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con buena atención en la sucursal por parte de todos los asesores, llegue a las 9:10 y ya tenia poca gente en espera para ser atendidos por un asesor , la parte de ventanillas estaba sin gente por lo que si vas a hacer movimiento de ventanilla es buena opción esta sucursal, por parte de la plazita se cobra 5 pesos la estancia ahí.
They have good service in the branch by all the advisers, I arrived at 9:10 and I already had few people waiting to be attended by an advisor, the window part was without people so if you are going to make movement of Ventanilla is a good option this branch, on the part of the square the stay there is charged 5 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banamex, por si mismo, tiene pésimo servicio por parte del personal; pero esta sucursal en Plaza Marcel es lo peor que conozco. Ni para mencionar el terrible trato al cliente ( o potencial cliente). Le recomiendo evitar esta sucursal.
Banamex, by itself, has terrible service from the staff; but this branch in Plaza Marcel is the worst I know. Not to mention the terrible customer (or potential customer) treatment. I recommend avoiding this branch.

-No tienen cajeros AUTOMÁTICOS para depósitos.
-Nunca funcionan los turnos.
-Aunque seas cliente priority te forman en fila conforme llegas.
-meten a clientes adelante de ti, si conocen a los cajeros
-Nunca hay más de 2 cajas abiertas
-Hay Que pagar estacionamiento
PÉSIMO servicio
Go to another branch.
-They do not have ATMs for deposits.
-The shifts never work.
-Even if you are a priority customer, they form you in line as you arrive.
-Keep customers ahead of you, if they know the tellers
-There are never more than 2 open boxes
-You have to pay for parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente actual de la sucursal no me parece capacitada para el puesto, nunca atiende el teléfono razón por la cual uno tiene que estar dando vueltas para obtener una respuesta porque aunque queda formalmente en comunicarse contigo no lo hace. Lo peor es que no puedo cambiar de sucursal porque mi asunto debe atenderse donde se abrió la cuenta.
The current manager of the branch does not seem to me qualified for the position, she never answers the phone, which is why one has to go around to get an answer because although she formally agrees to communicate with you, she does not.
