★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en atención a clientes, quería entregar un escrito para evitar me sigan cargando a mi tarjeta de crédito un seguro de banamex que no contrate. Tres horas de espera y no me quisieron recibir mi queja por escrito, es notoria la falta de personal y supervision de un ejecutivo.
Es notorio que la mayoría de las personas son mayores de edad y sólo hay dos personas para atender al público.
Reiteró el servicio es de pésimoa calidad en la atención.

Dan respuestas rápidas por lo mismo de que a la sucursal le ha valido la capacitación de sus empleados. Si necesitas realmente algo mas urgente que un pago , te recomiendo que nunca vayas a esta sucursal-

Atención amable del personal, sin embargo normalmente es un banco muy frecuentado por eso hay algunos horarios con demasiada gente.
Todo tipo de operaciones: apertura de cuentas, transferencias, depósitos, retiros, pago de servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RATEROS!! Uno confia en su servicio pero tengan cuidado con los cajeros ya que al hacer depósitos la máquina recibe el dinero pero jamás hace el depósito. Pésimo servicio!!! Tengan mucho cuidado. Banamex me ha decepcionado.

Apenas abrieron y ahorita este anuncio de cerrado-disculpe las molestias casi tiene 15 días. Es una zona muy concurrida (Hospitales) donde enfermos, pacientes y empleados de los Hospitales requerimos servicio cercano y rápido. Definitivamente hace querer cambiar de banco...
