★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vieja de lentes pelirroja de este banco que supongo es sub gerente no me apollo como debía....mi dinero se atoro en el cajero sabia perfectamente que billetes eran los que metí a la hora de regresarme mi dinero me faltaban 200 pesos y la tipa me amenazo psicologicamente que si no los aceptaba meteria aclaración de 60 dias y no me regresarían el dinero hasta entonces por lo cual me hicieron que firmara un documentk donde se deslindan de que faltara dinero ya que obvio preferi que la mugrosa marginada comiera gratis con esos 200 que me faltaron a quedarme sin todo mi dinero por 2 meses y no es por el dinero pero me molesta que la gente siempre viva a costa de los demas ojala alguien la pueda reportar pq se cubren bien ..

Dicen que t marcan para agilizar las cosas nunca lo asen t traen a puras vueltas se presta a malos entendidos lamentable no usen banamex para nominas son puros problemas
Terrible service take too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco y pésima experiencia al depositar en cajeros de Banamex, realice un depósito el día 3 de abril, el cajero fallo al momento de realizar el depósito y me emito un ticket dónde menciona que la operación no se había realizado y se trago el efectivo, ya levanté dos folios de aclaración y al día de hoy no he tenido respuesta favorable, fui a la sucursal y ellos corroboraron el excedente de efectivo del cajero, pero que ellos no puede hacer nada hasta que la resolución salga a mi favor, cuidado si depositas en esos cajeros , no los recomiendo para nada.
