No te quieren atender en ventanilla y en las practicajas, en su mayoría hay muchísima gente, que inclusive la fila es tan larga que sale a la calle y llega casi a la esquina. Y uno no tiene el tiempo de formarse porque es bastante tardado. Terrible customer service, even though one has an account there. They do not want to attend you at the window and in the practices, mostly there are many people, that even the line is so long that it goes out to the street and almost reaches the corner. And one does not have the time to train because it takes a long time.
D	DXN Toluca MEX024 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teníamos la cuenta del negocio en Banamex y usábamos esta sucursal por cercanía, lamentablemente el servicio al cliente dejó de ser bueno, para solicitar morralla nos dijeron que debía ser temprano antes de las 10am, por lo cual modificamos actividades para asistir a esa hora, después de dos semanas sin problema salieron en dos ocasiones posteriores que estaban haciendo; no recuerdo qué, en bóveda y que probablemente después de la 1pm nos podían dar el cambio, pero la actitud del tipo de la caja de cambio fue nefasta, con actitud altiva y casi casi diciendo "si quieres, si no vete a otro lado", y pues optamos por hacer eso, llevamos la cuenta del negocio a BBVA. ??‍♂️ Una pena porque por casi 10 años usamos Banamex y los últimos 6 años esta sucursal, estábamos muy satisfechos entre otras cosas por el servicio al ser cliente Priority, lo cual fue muy útil principalmente durante los meses duros de la pandemia. We had the business account in Banamex and we used this branch because of proximity, unfortunately the customer service stopped being good, to request trash they told us that it had to be early before 10am, for which we modified activities to attend at that time, after two weeks without problem they left on two later occasions that they were doing; I don't remember what, in the vault and that probably after 1pm they could give us the change, but the attitude of the guy at the cash desk was disastrous, with a haughty attitude and almost saying "if you want, if not go elsewhere" , and since we chose to do that, we took the account of the business to BBVA. ??‍♂️ A pity because for almost 10 years we used Banamex and the last 6 years this branch, we were very satisfied among other things for the service as a Priority client, which was very useful mainly during the hard months of the pandemic.
