★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de la remodelación y si solo vienes al cajero, funciona excelente. Antes solo servia un cajero o dos, y ahora hay varios funcionando, no he sido atendido en caja, así que desconozco la calidad del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La modernidad de este banco contrasta con la capacidad tan aletargada que tiene este banco para atender a sus clientes, sin mentir he pasado sentado esperando turno más de 40 minutos, no soy cliente de Banamex pero este clasismo que demuestran atendiendo primero a quienes tienen cuenta me hace nunca querer abrir una cuenta en Banamex, cuando tengo que hacer un depósito prefiero mil veces usar una caja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Citibanamex (bank) site is in a good location. It is close to a bus station as well as on a very important avenue and in a busy business area. Which makes this bank very convenient if one is within the area.
It is a medium size bank branch with modern furniture, it is clean and well maintained.
It has moments with crowds so you might want to avoid rush hours.
If there is no many people you get good service from cashiers otherwise be ready for long waits and perhaps not happy cashiers...
