La persona de seguridad que esta de guardia es descortés y no sabe hacer su trabajo. Las cajas no funcionan y la atención en ventanilla es muy lenta. Que pasa con los bancos en México cada vez están peor.
Customer service is terrible, the person who is allowing entry is very inefficient, it takes a long time to explain to customers regardless of whether there is a line of people waiting. The security person on duty is rude and does not know how to do his job. The cash registers do not work and the attention at the window is very slow. What happens to the banks in Mexico, they are getting worse and worse.
