★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de las peores sucursales, no dan asesoramiento como se debe y tardan mucho tiempo en poderte atender sin llegar a ninguna solución pésimo servicio del personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal cuenta con peronal pesimo sin capacitacion tienen una fila enorme de solicitantes los dejan por horas esperando mal organizados y con favoritismos con sun conocidos los pasan primer y si uno reclama le niegan el servicio cuando llega tu turno no les interesacaptar clentes acudi en dos ocaciones y la primera ya estando en el escritorio despues de 4 horas le cerrraron el sistema mentira y la segunda despues de 6 horas comentaron que no podian aperturar mi cuenta porque el sistema decia que era candidato para el banco son unos flojos ineptos acudi a sucursal en lindavista GAM y en hora y media tramitaro la tarjeta tantas personas buscando empleo y esa bola de flijos de la suc 536 ocupando un lugar que deberia de ser de quienes desean trabajar de verdad.

Las prácticajas y cajeros se traban demasiado ocasionando que estos mismo se queden el dinero y lo retiren de tu cuenta, hacer la aclaración ante un ejecutivo o banquero es decepcionante ya que la atención al cliente que otorgan es pésima
Terrible bank, the attention is very slow even if you are a Banamex client.
