★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda alguna el mejor banco que existe en Valle de Bravo, atención ágil, personal capacitado, bastantes cajeros en ventanilla, (al menos 6) y 3 en atención a clientes, sin contar el demás personal que estan en los escritorios para trámites diversos.
Undoubtedly the best bank that exists in Valle de Bravo, agile attention, trained staff, quite a few teller machines, (at least 6) and 3 in customer service, not counting the other staff that are at the desks for various procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar donde viene mucho turista y ellos no tienen la capacidad para atender a la gente, siempre está funcionando una sola ventanilla , diario hay mucha gente formada para cambiar un simple cheque se tardan más de dos horas, pésimo su servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui y ninguno de los cajeros funsiona, pregunté si los arreglarían y una chica me contestó " hasta abril" al ser los únicos cajeros de Banamex en el pueblo deberían funcionar bien.
Yesterday I went and none of the ATMs worked, I asked if they would fix them and a girl answered me "until April" since they are the only Banamex ATMs in the town they should work fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo poner 0 estrellas, son unos ineptos completamente, me hicieron esperar una hora para pasar con un ejecutivo y ni eso logré, pasaron a gente que llegó después que yo. No soy de poner malas reseñas, pero la peor experiencia que he tenido en algún lugar. Asquerosos ineptos. Añadiendo que ni si quiera tienen cajeros en función, no pierdan el tiempo.
I can't put 0 stars, they are completely inept, they made me wait an hour to see an executive and I didn't even get that, they passed people who arrived after me. I'm not one to put bad reviews, but the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Filthy inept. Adding that they don't even have ATMs working, don't waste your time.
