Lousy customer service, the receptionists leave and leave the client telling you to wait and then they move you to another side and last a long time, it takes more than 3 hours or more to attend to you

Terrible service when attending. They ask you to take your turn but if people who arrive almost an hour after you ask to be attended, they do so.
