★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho ir a este banco, por que siempre tiene muchas cajas abiertas y por lo general te atienden rápido, no te cuestionan ni te ponen trabas cuando vas a hacer un movimiento cuando solicitas una targeta o algo que necesites, lo malo es cuando hay mucha gente es un caos y tienes que esperar afuera.
I really like going to this bank, because it always has many open boxes and they usually attend to you quickly, they do not question you or hinder you when you are going to make a move when you request a card or something you need, the bad thing is when there is a lot of people is chaos and you have to wait outside.

Las señoritas prepotentes su Gte. solo me evadió Karla Hernández la subgerente igual y la señorita Fabiola Flores ya hasta me había bloqueado mi nip físico pensó no me daría cuenta aparte no respetan los turnos cdo vas a ver un ejecutivo.
Terrible service they did not solve my request the 2 times I went and I was more than three hours. The arrogant young ladies their Gte. Only Karla Hernández, the assistant manager, evaded me, and Miss Fabiola Flores had already blocked my physical nip, she thought I would not realize it, apart from that they do not respect the shifts when you go to see an executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mentira el horario,llegue 4:30 para que me dijeran que ya habían cerrado aunque aquí dice que cierran a las 5.
Además abren super tarde y ni se les ocurra venir en sábado porqué está cerrado.Y lo molesto no es el horario,lo molesto es que te hagan dar vueltas o perder tiempo que no tienes por algo tan simple como poner horarios correctos.
