★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros nunca funcionan y lo cerraron por contingencia... No le encuentro el sentido a cerrar bancos y dejar abiertas pocas sucursales, obvio toda la gente irá a las que estén abiertas y con mayor razón hay congregación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pesima atención. Tardas más de tres horas para ser atendido y cuando por fin te toca, la ejecutiva se va a comer 30 min y no hay quien atienda. Por eso me cambié de banco, no se como hay gente que sigue teniendo cuenta con ellos.
Además te hacen estar formando en el sol afuera, en una unifila por horas. Había adultos mayores ahí conmigo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es rápido el servicio, el trato es amable y el tiempo en el que haces un trámite es relativamente corto, depende de la cantidad de personal que se encuentre laborando. Cuenta con estacionamiento y cajeros automáticos que lamentablemente la gente hace mal uso de ellos. Esta área regularmente esta sucia y maltratada. Eventualmente los cajeros están fuera de servicio ya sea por abuso de clientes o por falta de mantenimiento.
