★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen hacer fila sin tomar las medidas necesarias, el tiempo de espera es enorme y la gerente en lugar de apoyar pasa "directo" a sus conocidos, nada recomendable.
 Terrible service, they make you stand in line without taking the necessary measures, the waiting time is enormous and instead of supporting, the manager passes "directly" to her acquaintances, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del que está en la entrada, (no vi su nombre no lo quiso dar pero usa lentes ) no aclara las dudas y prepotente está para servir y ayudar ,dice que mis trámites son por teléfono y la llamo y que no que en en sucursal ,no s epinen de acuerdo o no quieren trabajar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy mala y muy tardada, siempre ha sido una sucursal mala pero cada que la vuelvo a visitar empeora más. No recomiendo frecuentarla en lo absoluto, es mejor asistir a la de Alamedas en Atizapán. Por trámites muy sencillos te hacen esperar tiempos muy largos y la atención bes deficiente. El peor banco al que he asistido en mi vida, ojalá ya cierren esa sucursal.
Very bad and very long service, it has always been a bad branch but every time I visit it it gets worse. I do not recommend frequenting it at all, it is better to attend the Alamedas in Atizapán. Due to very simple procedures, they make you wait very long times and the attention is deficient. The worst bank I have ever attended in my life, I hope they close that branch already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 2 horas en fila para poder cobrar una incapacidad. Sólo hay una cajera que atiende a operaciones especiales, (adultos mayores e incapacitados) la operacion por persona tarda entre 5 y 10 minutos, sin contar que nos tienen parados.
I've been in line for 2 hours to be able to collect a disability. There is only one cashier who attends to special operations, (elderly and disabled) the operation per person takes between 5 and 10 minutes, not counting that they have us unemployed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ejecutivo de este banco (no quiso decir su nombre) es muy pésimo, da muy mal trato a la gente ayer estuve esperando más de 5 horas para que me atendiera con este ejecutivo del área "priority" para el tema de una apertura de nómina, el ejecutivo se porto de lo más déspota y sus malas contestaciones solo me faltó un pelo de gato para decirle una grosería, pero no yo si tengo educación y ética profesional no como ese ejecutivo.
The executive of this bank (he did not want to say his name) is very lousy, he treats people very badly. Yesterday I was waiting more than 5 hours for this executive from the "priority" area to attend to me on the issue of a payroll opening , The executive was behaved the most despotic and his bad answers I only needed a cat hair to say a rudeness to him, but not me if I have education and professional ethics, not like that executive.

Ya van varias veces que voy y me tardan mas de 3 horas
El sr de lentes que esta en la puerta que se hace llama juan no me dejo pasar para la activacion de mi tarjeta que en su momento cuando me la dieron no me la activo el ejecutivo
Pesimo servicio
