 The service is very fast. They try to get people taken care of very quickly. The parking lot is small but the coming comes very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te piden llegar desde las 10 de la mañana para pedir ficha para poder pasar a atención al cliente, dejando claro la ineficiencia de dicho servicio. El personal de la entrada bastante amable, pero igual no volveré.
They ask you to arrive from 10 in the morning to request a file to be able to go to customer service, making clear the inefficiency of said service. The staff at the entrance quite friendly, but I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te ayudan en nada si no tiene INE no puedes sacar abrir una cuenta en esa sucursal, resulta que el pasaporte no vale si no tienes el INE. Mal por la sucursal que está vacía pero ahora se entiende el porqué no te ayudan en nada y te ponen obstáculos.
They do not help you at all if you do not have an INE you cannot open an account at that branch, it turns out that the passport is not valid if you do not have the INE. Bad for the branch that is empty but now it is understood why they do not help you in anything and they put obstacles on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas temprano te atienden super rápido, con los banqueros todo bien muy atentos y te explican las cosas. En la entrada fue un poco mi inconformidad con la persona que atendía, sentí que no era muy paciente
