★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta orden, se necesita alguien que esté en todo momento recibiendo clientes en la entrada, uno ve la máquina y no sabe cuál botón apretar para escoger turno, y luego los de ventanilla o ejecutivos están ocupados y no te explican bien :/
