★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo mas de 50 min esperando mi turno, ayer paso lo mismo en esta misma sucursal los empleados solo dando vueltas y el gerente ni hoy ni ayer lo encontré para que quejarme de la cituacion. Ojala manden personal competente lo mas pronto posible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble, que en plena situación de Covid, la fila es interminable, sin sana distancia, y que el Gerente no de atención a dicha situación, horas para realizar trámites y a diario lo mismo. Espero solucionen este problema, o ver con las autoridades para evitar contagio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si es algo tardado a veces pero es porque es el único Banamex de la zona, aún así siempre he recibido buena atención en este banco, la razón es simple. Siempre me informo de los documentos que tengo que llevar, procuro informarme por teléfono o Bancanet muchas veces los problemas se pueden solucionar vía telefónica, pero si eres de esas personas que no llevan ni identificación o no conoces bien el trámite que vas a realizar obviamente no te van a poder resolver, no todo es problema de las personas que trabajan ahí, también es de la gente que deja las cosas al azar y quiere que le resuelvan rápido y de buen modo cuando ellos no hacen ningún esfuerzo :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te tardan muchísimo y son varias personas a las que no se les puede tomar la huella dactilar para sus trámites deberían poner a personas capacitadas para dar el servicio que serequiere mínimo ya sea para la limpieza del sensor biometrico o dactilar

Como es posible ,si nadie sabia la cantidad que traía los asaltantes claramente me dieron la cantidad .

They have you in line for an hour while you wait, they ask you what procedure you are going to do, you tell them they make you keep waiting and when it is your turn they come out with the idiocy that there is no system.

El personal que está para dar y prestar un servicio a los clientes no tenga la más mínima idea de lo que significa ésta palabra "Servicio". Le dijeron a mi mamita que su huella dactilar está viejita y no podría realizar un trámite para su tarjeta de pensión. NO RECOMIENDO ÉSTE BANCO A AQUELLOS ADULTOS QUE QUIERAN TRAMITAR UNA TARJETA DE PENSIÓN.
It is a real shame and impotence that this bank generates in me. The staff who are there to give and provide a service to customers do not have the slightest idea of what this word "Service" means. They told my mom that her fingerprint is old and she could not process her pension card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO THOSE ADULTS WHO WANT TO PROCESS A PENSION CARD.
