★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiada gente para tan pocos cajeros, lugar descuidado, y personalmente tarde mas de 2 horas en que me atendieran, son demasiado lentos, los cajeros automáticos no sirven. Pésimo servicio
Too many people for so few ATMs, a neglected place, and personally it took me more than 2 hours for them to attend me, they are too slow, the ATMs don't work. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Los "ejecutivos" en el chisme. Cero atención al cliente. De requerir banamex abran cuenta en Satélite, este es una pésima idea. HORROR!!!
Terrible place. The "executives" in the gossip. Zero customer service. If banamex requires opening an account in Satellite, this is a terrible idea. HORROR!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está un poco vieja la sucursal, pero el personal es muy atento, no "hostigoso" con ofrecerte afore y/o tarjetas como me ha tocado en otras, desisten por lo menos al segundo "no". A mi si me convencieron y me atendieron super rápido, agradables y amables. Allí hacen parada mucho transporte así que eviten bajarse de la banqueta.
Nunca he retirado de cajeros automáticos allí porque siento que están muy expuestos.
The branch is a bit old, but the staff is very attentive, not "unfriendly" with offering you afore and / or cards as I have had in others, they give up at least the second "no". They convinced me and they attended me super fast, nice and friendly. There they stop a lot of transport so avoid getting off the sidewalk.
I have never withdrawn from ATMs there because I feel they are very exposed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, no respetan los turnos, dicen que primero les dan la atención a clientes preferentes, yo estuve esperando más de una hora y no me atendieron, los ejecutivos son muy déspotas y más el banquero 1 (ejecutivo), no tienen educación para atender a los clientes.
The service is terrible, they do not respect shifts, they say that they first give attention to preferential clients, I was waiting for more than an hour and they did not attend me, the executives are very despotic and more the banker 1 (executive), they have no education to serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en contingencia sanitaria, se hacen filas afuera de mas de una hora y media. Ningún personal del banco esta en la entrada indicando para que es cada fila o que tramite requieres hacer, la gente se mete al banco sin formarse, personas se forma en filas equivocadas y hasta que llegas a la entrada y sale un asesor te indica que estas en la fila equivocada y que te tienes que volver a formar en otra fila. Por cierto un asesor de afores que volteo su gafete y no quiso dar su nombre (pelon) su respuesta fue no es mi obligación estar al pendiente.
Very bad service in sanitary contingency, lines stand outside for more than an hour and a half. No bank staff is at the entrance indicating what each row is or what process you need to do, people enter the bank without forming, people form in the wrong rows and until you arrive at the entrance and an advisor indicates that you are in the wrong row and you have to re-form in another row. By the way, an Afores consultant who turned his badge and did not want to give his name (pelon) his response was not my obligation to be aware.
