Thanks to the good guy that I found in the bank for what happened today Saturday. Good to know that there are still good and honest people. 5 stars for that good guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención al cliente, pésima organización y los ejecutivos no están bien capacitados, no tienen ni tinta para imprimir tu turno, te dan un pedazo de papel con pluma, les preguntas ciertas cosas y no te saben dar solución a respuestas concretas, solo cuentan cómo con 3 ejecutivos y solo están 2 atendiendo, todo se hace súper lento, ya tenía tiempo sin ir porque esta sucursal no me agrada , y por ciertas circunstancias me quedaba de pasada y tuve que acudir esta vez y pfff … están igual o peor. Había varias personas molestas.
Tiene excelente ubicación, cuenta con estacionamiento (pequeño ) está cerca de un par de bancos .
Bad service, bad customer service, bad organization and the executives are not well trained, they don't even have ink to print your shift, they give you a piece of paper with a pen, you ask them certain things and they don't know how to solve specific answers, They only have 3 executives and only 2 are attending, everything is super slow, I already had time without going because this branch does not please me, and due to certain circumstances I was in passing and I had to go this time and pfff ... they are the same or worse. There were several annoying people.
It has an excellent location, it has parking (small), it is close to a couple of banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de parte de los ejecutivos, todo el personal es amable.
Hay que tomar en cuenta que por la contingencia se tardan un poco más para poder seguir con sus protocolos, como el realizar filas (con distancia) fuera del establecimiento, pero al menos no es en pleno sol.
Excellent service from executives, all staff are friendly.
It must be taken into account that due to contingencies it takes a little longer to continue with their protocols, such as queuing (with distance) outside the establishment, but at least it is not in full sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Las veces que he ido para sacar cuentas, los turnos tardan más de 1 hora para que me pasen, y eso que no tienen casi gente esperando.
Estará muy bonita la sucursal y amplio estacionamiento pero en serio mejor tómense 10 minutos para ir a otra sucursal cercana y se ahorrarán mucho tiempo de espera... y corajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever, spent 1.2 hours an never was attended. When my turn was on the screen they attended another person, they appologize and said I was going to be the next, but they continued attending new comers.
