★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, cajeros y los demás que están en piso, son déspotas, desconsiderados, no tienen suficientes muebles para que las personas mayores estén cómodas en su sucursal, se ponen a regañar a personas mayores, y no, el servicio no es gratis, cafa cuenta, cada crédito paga comisiones o beneficios financieros, y aún así, emplean a personas frustradas y mal educadas.
 Lousy attention, ATMs and others who are on the floor, they are despots, inconsiderate, they do not have enough furniture for older people to be comfortable in their branch, they scold older people, and no, the service is not free, cafa account, each credit pays commissions or financial benefits, and yet they employ frustrated and ill-educated people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursal bancaria de buen formato, amplio estacionamiento y bien comunicada se puede llegar por 2 avenidas principales, tiene oficina para Afore y cajeros automáticos. Tiempo promedio de espera en días y horas pico de 20 minutos para operaciones en cajas.
Bank branch of good format, ample parking and well connected, it can be reached by 2 main avenues, it has an Afore office and ATMs. Average waiting time in days and peak hours of 20 minutes for cashier operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO! La atención es horrible son déspotas y groseros. A pesar de no tener gente se niegan a atenderte dentro de su horario de atención. Se excusan diciendo que están dando fichas antes de las 10 am para evitar aglomeraciones y todos los días le gente tiene que esperar durante varias horas en la calle en filas interminables sin el más mínimo protocolo de prevención.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The attention is horrible they are despots and rude. Despite not having people, they refuse to assist you within their business hours. They excuse themselves by saying that they are giving tokens before 10 am to avoid crowds and every day people have to wait for several hours in the street in endless lines without the slightest prevention protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando he acudido al área de afores me han atendido muy bien, en su momento hubo trabas en los trámites pero con la buena y paciente atención que he recibido de l@s ejecutiv@s se comprende que hay cosas que no dependen de ellos.
