Posiblemente tienen un área de oportunidad para mejorar su actitud de servicio pues cuando desconocen algún trámite tardan mucho en aceptar que tienen que apoyarse en compañeros con mayor experiencia y conocimiento.
A very well located bank. The procedures in this bank such as payments and withdrawals take an acceptable time. The staff is very kind and gentle. Possibly they have an area of opportunity to improve their service attitude because when they are unaware of some procedure they take a long time to accept that they have to rely on colleagues with more experience and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros muy lentos y casi siempre te tienes que esperar, normalmente no funcionan todos o no tiene efectivo, realmente son muy tardados para hacer depositos a diferencia de otras sucursales, siempre hay lugar para estacionarse cerca y no hay policías cerca, nunca vayan sólos, más vale prevenir
The ATMs are very slow and you almost always have to wait, normally they do not all work or you do not have cash, they really are very slow to make deposits unlike other branches, there is always a place to park nearby and there are no police nearby, never go alone, it is better prevent
